What path is straight? Mine has not been - and yet, over the years the consequences of my decisions have given me opportunities otherwise out of reach. I have found that much of my travels have led me to understand better myself and my life's work.

I used to work in the television industry - project development, script writing and editing, some research, and after years of doing it pretty unfulfillingly I realized I wasn’t committed to it. I’d spent years of effort and trying and not loving the doing.

When I went back to school to learn more, one thing I learned was more about myself. The other thing I learned, and about which I am deeply passionate, was leadership - the process, the skills and behaviors, the alignment.

My comprehension of and immersion in the leadership process, self-leadership in the individual, and how leadership can function and be strengthened in organizations, informs all of my work. I serve now to assist individuals and organizations with their leadership necessities. I am an explorer of human potential, transforming self-awareness to create a richer, wiser, freer, better world.
